900 grams frozen spinach (pour the liquid after it's unfrozen)
1 big onion
2 spoons olive oil
10 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
pepper
dill
400 grams goat/sheep cheese
Steps:
The spinach is stewed in 2 olive oil spoons together with the onion cut in small pieces. Meanwhile the eggs are mixed with cheese and condiments using a blender.
Heat the stove at 180 Celsius degrees. Prepare a big baking tin (or Yena pot) (add backing paper). Put the spinach + onion over the mix of cheese and eggs + condiments and dill, mixing with a wood spoon.
Pour into the pot and leave in the oven for 30 minutes.
