Honey with Horseradish














Grate fresh horseradish, put it in a jar and pour honey over it.
This is great for your respiratory system (bronchi, lung etc) and you can eat a spoon of this every morning during winter.
Here are some easy to prepare things that will help your organs function better

Soaked Nettle



Soak fresh nettle for 8 hours (during the night) in cold water. In the morning you can drink the liquid resulted from this.
It will clean your blood! You can do this every spring (March, when nettles appear)and drink it for a month.
