Ingredients:
- Feta cheese - 400g
- Chili pepper - 2
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Black (whole) Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Laurel - 1 leaf
- Fresh thyme
- Fresh Rosemary
- Olive oil
- Black Olives
- Dried tomatoes in oil
Slice the feta cheese into 3/4-inch squares. Layer the feta squares into a glass jar, leaving about 1/2-inch headroom in jars. At the same time add the spices (the chili pepper cut into small round pieces).
Pour the oil mixture into the jar, covering the feta completely.
Seal tightly and leave for 2 days at room temperature and after that move in the refrigerator for 4 days.
Can be used as appetizer, in salads or any other way you can think of. Bonn appetite!
